Role Overview
The Structural Engineer will perform offshore structural analysis and calculations for mooring, offshore loading, and marine interface structures. This role focuses on analysis, verification, and fitness-for-purpose of safety-critical offshore steel.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform offshore structural analysis using SACS, STAAD, and STAAD Pro
- Assess global and local structural integrity under environmental and operational loads
- Perform fatigue, strength, and extreme loading checks
- Develop and review structural calculation reports
- Support interface with mooring, piping, and marine systems
- Participate in technical reviews and design assurance activities
Requirements
- Degree in Civil / Structural Engineering
- Strong offshore structural engineering experience
- Proficient in SACS, STAAD, STAAD Pro
- Experience with FPSO, offshore terminals, or marine structures
- Building or civil-only experience is not suitable
