Design and oversee all aspects of pressure vessel, heat exchanger, and atmospheric storage tank engineering with a keen focus on ensuring all processes are executed in compliance with required global standards and guidelines. Re-evaluate reports and calculations for existing pressure vessels and heat exchangers to maintain procedures as per regulations. Analyze project schedule for static equipment items, including weight, wind, seismic, stability, strength, nozzle openings, external loadings, WRC, FEA, and pressure calculations. Review detailed design drawings prepared by third parties and create bill of materials for pressure vessels, heat exchangers, and storage tanks. Plan and implement effective technical specifications, material requisitions, technical bid tabulations, and equipment data sheets as well as hour estimates and detailed planning of own work aimed to streamline overall workflow. Perform vendor document assessment to ensure the suitability of the detailed design. Demonstrate knowledge of U & U2 stamped/coded pressure vessels and accomplish design calculations, UDS, and MDR preparations
