My name is Yulan Ibnu Mulkam, I was working as a Process Safety Engineer since April 2008. I have

been signing for Project Lead or Senior roles in Process Safety, Loss Prevention, and Risk Analysis

Engineering. I have technical expertise and project management skill to give technical quality

assurance for your project execution.

I had involved in 171 projects in Oil and Gas, Petrochemical, Bio-Refinery and Power Plant.

I had finished with Oil and Gas projects related to upstream sector for fixed offshore facilities (e.g.

Wellhead Platform (WHP), Central Production Platform (CPP), Flow Station (FS) consists of six (6)

connecting Platforms), for floating offshore facilities (e.g. Floating Production Storage and Offloading

(FPSO) and Floating Storage Offloading (FSO), and for onshore facilities (e.g. Well Pad, Onshore

Production Facility (OPF) and Pipeline / Flowline / Trunkline.

For Oil & Gas in midstream sector, I had finished with many projects related to Oil Refinery Units,

Gas Processing Facility & LNG Plant.

In downstream sector, I had finished with many projects related to Fuel & LPG Terminal.

I had performed for more than 2000 manhours as Process Hazard Analysis (PHA) workshop Facilitator

for HAZOP, HAZID, SIL LOPA, FMEA, MAH & SECE related to risk identification during normal

operation and transient activities (e.g. Start Up, Normal Shutdown and Emergency Shutdown) for Oil

Refinery Units, LNG Plant, Fuel Terminal, LPG Terminal and Bio-refinery Plant..

I had been working with many Process Safety Softwares, consists of PHAST for Consequence

Modeling, SAFETI for Risk Modeling, PIPENET for Steady Fire Water Hydraulic and Transient

Fire Water Surging Analysis, FLARESIM for Flare or Cold Vent Stack Design, PHAPRO for PHA

Workshop documentation, BOWTIE XP for MAH SECE, SOUNDPLAN for Noise Contour and

INTEGRAPH RELIABILITY for Fault Tree Analysis (FTA).

With all my technical experiences and project management skills, when I am join with your team,

I will provide significant impacts in Process Safety aspect for New Development Project, Expansion

Project, Modification Project, Normal Operation & Transient activities including Start Up, Normal

Shutdown and Emergency Shutdown.
