About
- About 10 years of experience with the instrumentation and control mainly in EPCC
projects for combine cycle power plant, Water treatment plant, Co-Gen, HRSG,
HVAC, Fire and Gas and other oil and gas projects.
- Assist construction team, planning and supervise precomm & commissioning
activity during project execution for greenfield and brownfield projects. Monitor and
make sure all jobs as per engineering design and client requirement.
- Generate/review JMS/JHA for testing and commissioning.
- Generate/review ITR or inspection checklist.
- Role as a Pre-Commissioning & Commissioning Engineer until handover. Plan,
monitor and supervise function test, modbus mapping, loop check activity,
recalibration activity and etc . Involved in Mechanical Run Test, Solo Run Test,
Performance Test.
- Turnover pack or Test Pack preparation and compilation for final document
submission.
- Join review control philosophy, P&I diagrams, cause & effect diagrams, instruments
list, flow chart, schematic diagrams, inspection procedure technical datasheet.
- Participate in engineering design review such HAZID, HAZOP, 3D Model.
- Designing, implementing and commissioning of new control loop as per site
requirements such as IO list, loop drawing, termination drawing, instrument layout
Involves in FAT and SAT during Commissioning.
● Produce BQ, MR & TBE for vendor & subcon packages.
● Produce change order for related to instrument and control to client.
● Provide classroom and on site training for system related to the client such air
compressor, air dryer, PLC system and etc
