Project: 163km Urban Railway Transit System
Working as BIM Coordinator, representing on project consultant team under Oriental Consultants Global- Oriental Consultant Philippine Office and GCR (Greater Capital Railway) NSCR Railway System is a flagship project of the Philippine government, is being built on the Philippine National Railway’s legacy track (PNR). The Department of transportation is the lead agency in charge and with fund coordination of Japan International Cooperation Agency (JICA).
Responsibilities:
1. In-charge of overall BIM interfacing, 9 railway stations and 28 depot buildings coordinates, levels and 163 km viaducts/ bridges alignment.
2. Perform BIM technical coordination and meetings with general contractors in every package for there model submission and issue. BIM design review and coordination to system browser, mechanical & equipment, signaling, tracks, operational control system, HV & LV substations and catenary systems.
3. Perform modeling and crash course to colleagues and contractors.
4. Conduct model audit, clash check & report, and model quality (LOD 350-500) as per compliance of JICA requirements and ISO 19650 of all submitted models from general contractors in every package.
Gabiro Farm Canal/ Water System Project
- The Gabiro project will support the production of staple crops for local consumption, export
and agricultural value-added products like pastes, powders, oils and beverages intended
primarily for export.Although local communities are not familiar with advanced agricultural
techniques, our experts are successfully engaging them to substantially increase employment
and better their livelihood. In terms of the socio-economic impact on the local community,
the achievements are extraordinary.
King Abdulaziz International New Airport Hangars Project- King Abdulaziz International Airport
( KAIA) and Saudi a Aerospace; Engineering Industries ( SAEI )
- A joint venture led by Turkey's TAV Construction has won a contract to build a $800
million aircraft maintenance, repair and operation (MRO) facility in Saudi Arabia.The
contract for the facility at the King Abdulaziz International Airport (KAIA) in Jeddah was
awarded by Saudia Aerospace Engineering Industries (SAEI) to the TAV Construction- Al
Rajhi Holding - Al Habtoor Leighton Joint Venture.
