Organize and coordinate pre-commissioning and commissioning tasks such as testing, inspections, and system start-ups for both onshore and offshore facilities.

Prepare and implement test procedures like OTPs, SATs, and FATs.

Define system handover scopes by sub-systems and complete systems, ensuring all necessary resources, tools, documents, and equipment are available.

Apply the OPERCOM methodology (TotalEnergies standard) to structure and execute testing and validation activities.

Create, monitor, and close commissioning checklists using ICAPS.

Manage ICAPS database: system configuration, punch list entries, progress tracking, and report generation.

Collaborate effectively with construction, HSE, engineering, and operations teams.

Participate in coordination meetings, technical walkdowns, and compliance audits.

Ensure seamless integration between disciplines including instrumentation, electrical, mechanical, process, and ICSS.

Prepare and validate handover dossiers such as RFC (Ready for Commissioning) and AOC (Acceptance of Commissioning).

Follow up on punch list resolution and compile final project documentation and progress reports.
