As a Chartered Construction Manager/Site Manager, I have accumulated a wealth of cross-industry experience working on significant projects for leading companies such as Aboitiz Power, Black and Veatch, Sinclair Knight Merz (Jacobs ASIA), AE&E Inova AG (Hitachi HZI), RJM International Ltd, and Afry Switzerland (Vietnam). My expertise spans large power projects across Malaysia, Taiwan, Thailand, the Philippines, Indonesia, China, Korea, Vietnam, England, Turkey, and various European countries.

My background includes substantial experience in site, project, and commissioning management. I am adept at handling various construction disciplines, including detailed design, new-build construction, upgraded structures, rigid pipelines, pile layouts, repair, retrofit, installation, and construction of high-pressure boilers and steam piping systems. My roles have encompassed construction management, warranty management, outage management, and project management.

I possess the skills to evaluate technical and contractual information, identify and manage project/outage risks, and foster a goal-oriented culture. This ensures that projects comply with all relevant contract/company safety and quality standards and codes. Additionally, I am skilled in implementing methodologies to evaluate, develop, and improve existing practices, enhancing project performance, and consistently delivering projects on time while maintaining high-quality standards.

My experience in the construction and rehabilitation of Chemical and Clinical Waste Incineration, Energy from Waste, Supercritical and Sub Critical Power Plants, Circulating Fluidized Bed Combustion (CFBC), and Combined Cycle Power Plant (CCPP) power generation plants is extensive. I have successfully managed contractors' off-site and on-site fabrication and construction activities for Power Blocks and BOP equipment. My in-depth knowledge of safety, materials, installation standards, welding standards, and construction methods further complements my capabilities.
