● Technical Support and Subject Matter Expertise:

Provide technical support for operations and customers, acting as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) in Tubular Running Services (TRS) and Drilling with Casing (DwC) and structural dynamic monitoring for production platform. Address technical issues, assist in incident investigations, and interface with personnel, management, and customers on training and tool failures.

● Maintenance Strategy and Equipment Reliability:

Develop and implement maintenance strategies toensure equipment reliability. Utilize MyAdvisor (Weatherford’s Computerized Maintenance System) to monitor preventive maintenance and drive continuous improvement in equipment performance and compliance with API requirements.

● Quality Assurance and Compliance:

Oversee QAQC checks of equipment for Third Party Inspection (TPI) and ensure adherence to quality standards. Manage corrective and preventive action reports, internal and external audits, and approval of job reports to maintain high-quality standards.

● Training and Competence Management:

Monitor and manage the training and competence strategy for field and workshop personnel. Ensure that equipment upgrade bulletins are implemented and followed

and participate in the creation and revision of technical work instructions.

● Project Coordination and Supervision:

Coordinate and supervise activities of service or technical personnel, including job or project management, administration, and technical support. Manage the

planning and execution of projects, ensuring compliance with safety and operational standards.

● Operational Readiness and Technical Testing:

Lead operational readiness efforts with meticulous tracking via excel, Microsoft Project and Primavera P6 and technical test e.g Factory acceptance test, fit

and function test, and hydrotest.

● Facility Optimization and Maintenance:

Lead initiatives to improve facility efficiency and reduce downtime. Coordinate preventive maintenance activities and optimize strategies to save costs and

enhance production capacity.

● Field and Workshop Management: Manage the activities of service or technical personnel, ensuring

effective performance and adherence to project requirements. Support competency assessments and

quality checks in various operational contexts.

● Offshore and Marine Engineering: Lead and execute offshore platform structural dynamic monitoring,

offshore transportation and installation, and maintenance services for mooring buoys. Oversee project

planning, equipment readiness, and procedural documentation for offshore operations.

● Project Engineering and Execution: Manage and coordinate various engineering projects, including well testing services, flowline export hose procurement, deperming system installations, relocations of FPSO, and structural dynamic monitoring for production platform. Ensure project deliverables meet technical

specifications and client requirements.

● Process Improvement and Efficiency:

Conduct time studies and streamline material handling and flow

procedures to enhance workplace efficiency. Develop equipment layout plans and track inventory data

to support key decision-making and increase productivity.

● Safety Leadership: Implement and oversee safety protocols, ensuring safe handling of hazardous

materials and adherence to safety standards. Act as service excellence focal person who act as technical

reference for safety and quality hence promoting a culture of safety within operational teams.

● Systems Utilization and Technology Skills. Proficient use of Windows and Mac operating systems, well

versed with MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) , Microsoft project , Primavera P6, Inventor, ANSYS,

AutoCAD.
