Lead Electrical Commissioning Engineer

Manage and deliver project within schedule, quality and HSE for the project which engage with Engineering, Construction, Hook Up and Commissioning.

• Proactive and professionalism with various experiences – pre-commissioning & commissioning of FPSO & platform onshore/offshore.
• Capable in coordinating all activities, assuring completion on schedule complying with contract, philosophy, drawings & specifications.
• Knowledgeable with international codes and standards including PETRONAS Technical Standard (PTS) as well as IEC.
• Capable in inspection on Ex requirement, standard and inspection.
• Skillful in organizing with suppliers, vendors, contractors, consultants and collaborating with peer departments accomplishing all milestones & deadlines.
• Preparation of procedures, Job Safety Analysis (JSA) and checklist for testing and commissioning scopes of project.
• Coordinate with Construction focal points and/or planner or scheduler to ensure timely completion of other activities prior to commencement of testing & commissioning activities.
• Coordinate and ensure mechanical completion activities adhere to contract, drawings & specifications, codes & standards and Vendor recommendations.
• Manage and coordinate accordingly with client and vendor for testing & commissioning for onshore and offshore activities.
• Directly involved in HV and LV system commissioning including functional test, relay calibration, switching, load test, synchronizing, endurance testing, etc.
• Monitored safety of subordinate without any LTI along project execution.
