More than thirteen (13) years of experience in Oil & Gas Industry consists of Pipe Stress Analysis, Piping Materials, Specifications and Piping design. Also exposed and experiences as a Project/Construction/Hook-Up Engineer.
Involved extensively in Piping Stress Analysis using CAESAR II Software for onshore and offshore Oil and Gas. Responsible for Static Analysis of Critical Piping systems connected to Pumps, Heat Exchangers, Vessels, Compressors, Pig Launchers and Receivers, Air Coolers, etc. Perform variety of Analyses (Flange Leakage, Transportation, Blast, API 610 Pump, API 617 Centrifugal Compressors and etc). Well conversant with various load cases for Seismic, Spring Hanger, Pumps, Bridge, Wellhead and etc.
I – Piping Design Experience
Reviewing design of Piping General Arrangements layouts, Piping Isometrics, Support Details, Material Take Off, Equipment Location Plan, Orientation drawings, tie-in index and etc.
Reviewing and checking of equipment orientation drawings for all types of petrochemical equipments by
considering equipments spacing, accessibility, operation and maintenance requirements.
Review all vendor documentations to assure the compliance with the design and technical requirements.
Performing the pipe stress analysis to check the integrity and piping flexibility is within allowable limits
as per codes standards requirement and to confirm the forces and moment acting on the equipment nozzle are within allowable loads.
II – Piping Technical Experience
Preparing and reviewing piping specifications in accordance with the company standards and general codes.
Preparing and reviewing wall thickness calculation report, valve datasheets, vendor technical specifications and evaluate bidders’ quotation.
Follow-up engineering including Vendor Data Review (VDR), Vendor Data Incorporation (VDI), Technical
Bid Evaluation (TBE), procurement, construction and commissioning support, and as-built.
Provide piping technical input to P&ID including piping classes, valves type and special items. Undertake site verification and prepare site visit report as required.
III – Field Experience
Construction supervision on site activities for both onshore and offshore by monitoring piping fabrication and hook-up installation activities insuring quality and taking necessary actions to maintain satisfactory standards.
Preparing work packages with all design documentation and method of statement for works permit approval.
Responsible to monitor the construction/hook-up installation progress both onshore and offshore by preparing progress and daily report (DPR) to Project Team.
To solve the project technical issues and assist the project scheduling and management.
