Supporting the operation and maintenance Environmental Management System
(EMS) ISO 14001 for Ajman Biorefinery and Waste Water Treatment Facility.
Collecting environmental data, preparing reports and establishing environmental
database. Effluent Quality Monitoring,BOD,COD,Microbiological parameters, sludge cake testing and monitoring before final disposal,Nutient Level (Nitrates and Phosphates).

environmental emergency response plan (EERP) in coordination with relevant
stakeholders to ensure compliance.

Sewage flow management: preliminary, primary, secondary, tertiary and disinfection system.
Monitoring Up flow Anaerobic Sludge Blanket Reactor (UASBR) system, Bio gas

Collecting samples of Activated Sludge, checking SV30 (RAS/WAS/SAS),
desludging, sludge cake, collecting centrate, final effluent, checking Conductivity, PH, Total/Residual Chlorine, turbidity, COD/BOD, Total
Nitrogen to ensure treated water meets in line with or exceeds EPA standards.
Calculation of; Pollution Load, Mass Balancing, FM ratio, Efficiency Calculation, up
flow velocity in UASBR, SVI, Clarfiers' Blanket testing, Operating Plant Machinery
based on MLSS results of lab report.
Maintaining Chlorination in liquid form at final effluent discharge,total chlorine, turbidity minimum (NTU), conductivity, pH etc.
SCADA Operation Systems.
Operational Data in Biogas Plant: Daily gas production, composition (methane percentage), and energy utilization.Process stability indicators (e.g., pH, temperature, volatile fatty acids to alkalinity ratio).
Sewage Treatment: Influent and effluent water quality parameters (BOD, COD, nutrients). Flow rates and hydraulic retention times (HRT).
H₂S Monitoring and Analysis: Conduct routine analysis of biogas for H₂S content, Use gas monitoring equipment (GASTEC Tube measurement capacity approx: 20000 ppm) to ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
