Rich experience of preparing piping related drawings like isometric, general arrangement, P&ID, pipe support drawings, plan, plant smart viewer (3D) and structure drawings

Erection and alignment of fractionation columns, stripper column, sweetening and stabilization column, sour water stripper column and Amine regeneration column, Compressor, Turbine, Exchanger, Condenser, Pumps and Lube oil skid.
Erection and alignment of flare HP and LP knock out drums, slag catcher, water draw of vessels, electrostatic deserters, stage separators, fin-fan coolers, heat exchangers, purge bins, instrument air and plant air receivers, degassing gas boots, fuel gas scrubber, nitrogen purification vessel.
Supervise for installation of 1.6 KM onshore and 1.7 KM offshore Sulphur Belt Conveyor System including main Conveyor structure, 5 Transfer Tower structure, Magnetic Separator, Elevated Gallery, Ship loader and all Cladding work.
Skilled in executing piping erection, punch listing, hydro testing, and commissioning activities of complete piping system.
