With more than 12 years of experience in ship building, ship repair, maintenance operations, and multidisciplinary engineering coordination, I bring a rare combination of hands-on system integration leadership, operational decision-making, and team management. I bring a rare ability to coordinate mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and control systems to achieve safe, timely, and compliant system readiness.

My background is unique: while I started in non-technical education, my career grew inside shipyards where I led large, cross-discipline engineering teams (with up to 1,200 personnels)—from troubleshooting, overhaul planning, system recovery, up to full project execution for multiple type of vessels from passenger ferries, fast patrol boats, ASD Harbour tugs to 17,500 DWT crude oil tanker running in parallel. I have coordinated technical specialists to build and repair across:

• Mechanical–hydraulic systems: steering gear, anchor winch, pumps, shafts
• Electrical systems: AC/DC faults, alarm panels, power distribution
• Machinery & auxiliary systems: genset overhaul coordination, HVAC, ballast, bilge/fire pump systems

Although I come from the marine sector rather than FPSO/FLNG, my strength lies in integration thinking, multi-discipline coordination, and fast adaptation to new systems. I am accustomed to handling high work volume (up to 17 vessels simultaneously) and delivering commissioning readiness under tight deadlines.
