Handled 4 to 5 people team (Junior Engg & Drafting persons).  Communications with clients, attending project meetings, and coordinating overall piping projects.  Knowledge of engineering practices, design details, International codes & standards.  Good knowledge about Codes and standards used for piping (ASME B31.1 & B31.3)  Conceptual study of plot plan, equipment layout & P & IDs & prepare study layout.  Piping Layout (Pipe Routing, Pipe Rack Design, Control Station Design, Platform requirement & Sizing, P&ID checking & comments, Nozzle Orientation).  Preparation of piping layout sketches for draft persons, reviewing the piping layouts & checking.  30/60/90 % Model Review.  Isometric / Support Drawing Checking as per input & spec.  Loading data of piping on structure for design.  Equipment-Civil Drawing checking & commenting as per piping perspective.  Piping materials (PMS) - pipe fittings, valves, special piping components, branch table.  Piping & Pipe Support BOQ / MTO preparation. (Pipe Fittings, Valves, Special Piping Components, Insulation, Pipe Supports, Painting, etc).  Pipe Support Design, Selection & Support Standard Preparation (Primary & Secondary).  Client / Vendor / Inter-Department Communication.  Piping Man-Hours Estimation & Resource Planning.  Project Schedule Planning, Control & Reporting to carry out the proper project functionality with respect to the engineering department for all deliverables as per the schedule described by the client.  Vendor drawing checking & commenting.  Site visits if required.  Well aware of piping thickness calculations. Preparation of various calculation sheets if required as per project necessity.  Preparation of Piping line list & stress critical line list.  Good effective communication skills & strong team player and self-Motivator.  Knowledge of 3D modeling software- PDMS & E3D, Plan-3d, Cad-works, CAESAR-II.  Knowledge of 3D modeling review software- Naviswork.  Good hands-on AutoCAD.  Can work on 3D modeling software- PDMS & E3D modeling & administration.  Working Tools: All versions of Microsoft Windows, MS Excel & MS office.  Good effective communication skills & strong team player and self-Motivator.
