Possess well rounded Twenty Three (23) years of professional experience in Engineering and Project/Construction Management of Green & Brown Field Projects. Adept & experienced in LSTK, EPC, EPCM Projects, developing Feasibility Studies, Pre-FEED, FEED & Detailed Design phases of Projects for Power, Oil & Gas, Refinery, Petrochemical, Fertilizer, Cement and Chemical Industries in Pakistan, UAE and Saudi Arabia. Currently working with HUBCO as Senior Manager, responsible to establish/maintain/control Work Instructions, Dept Procedures and Manuals. Ensure that line reporters comply with QHSE procedures and work Instructions while preparing technical specifications, data sheets, purchase requisitions and vendor's technical evaluation reports. Review and clarify vendor bids, vendor technical documents and P&IDs for Rotating, Static, Heat Transfer and Packaged Equipment. Provide adequate resources and guidance to the discipline teams for satisfactory project completion. Coordination with other interfaces i.e. engineering disciplines, consultants, vendors, contractors & sub contractors.
