My thirty+ years of experience in instrumentation related activities and management have focused on integration and organizational process improvement. During this period, I have developed outstanding leadership and management skills, compiled an excellent knowledge base of instrument maintenance, commissioning and project phases, and provided the vision for integrating future instrument technology into critical control systems. 

As a results-oriented person, I do not wait for things to happen. I set the standards for customer service and quality. I am a team builder, motivator, and producer with a keen eye for operational deficiency and the ability to respond with creative and effective solutions. 

The travel required in this position would not be problem. I am an experienced international traveler.
