After more than 30 years in the O&G industry, Stephane is currently self-employed as an Independent Consultant, providing engineering and project management expertise for offshore and onshore energy projects. (Oct 2025 – Present)

Stephane served on a large number of project across all phase (from concept to basic to FEED to EPC and commissionning) and on BID mainly for teh o&G industry, offshore, onshore and above all FPSOs, but also for renewable or power plant. The major position occupied nclude :

- Engineering manager of the Overall FPSO of Kutei (hull : 350m, >150kT ; topside 54 000 tons) during the first 18months from concept to early works including main orders, total budget over over 2.4 millions Manhours of engineering

- Engineering Manager for the Petrobras Búzios FPSO P79 project at Saipem, overseeing multidisciplinary engineering teams and ensuring the successful delivery of complex offshore installations. (Nov 1992 – Oct 2025), topside 54 000 tons, over 2 millions Manhours of engineering

-Engineering Manager for the topside Kaombo project at Saipem, from FEED competition to sail away, topside 20 000 tons, over 1 million Manhours of engineering
