Understand and can operate Microsoft Office, AutoCAD, Theodolite and Waterpass, understand how to manage work process in site project [especially: foundation work], understand how to calculate Budgeting Plan [RAB] of Project, understand how to manage personnel in site project as a Main Contractor and Sub Contractor, and cost control of Budgeting Project [RAP].
