Profile:

Equipped with 22 years working experience and have been a SHO since 2003 involved with civil engineering works, building works, wharf & berth works, housing development works, railway works, tunneling works and Mass/Light rail transit works comprising of station, viaduct and long span.

I am a competent trainer and a Master Trainer for Lifting Management (Slinger Banks man, Lift Supervisor, Lift Planner) and competent in conducting in house programs such Workers Induction, Pre Task Talks, HIRADC awareness and many more relating to site safety management.

I have also conducted many OHSAS 18001/MS 1722 audits as a Lead Auditor and have experienced the migration audit from OHSAS 18001 to ISO 45001 by SIRIM, completed the SHASSIC Assessor course with CIDB. I am a competent crane operation and lifting gear inspector, also experienced in Plant & Machinery inspection.

I am a First Aider and competent Incident Commander for emergency response that involves public safety and site safety. I am contributing my services to ensure Zero Fatality, good liaison with authorities and a quality management system.

I am also proficient in Microsoft Office Tools for report writing and presentations, ability to produce safety & health plans, environmental management plans, emergency preparedness plan, site sanitation plan, safe work instructions/safe operating procedures, practice notes, HIRADC register, risk management plan, security plan and traffic management plan. I have also lead several incident investigation and reporting with corrective action, preventive action, lesson learnt program included in the final report.

I have also reviewed and commented on many submissions during my time in AECOM pertaining to documents such as scaffolding plans, risk assessments, traffic management plans, lifting plans, installation plans and several technical plans in regards to construction works.
