MAIN ROLES

Lead Quality Control

Responsible ensuring production process compliance with all client specification, Procedure, ITP, Code and or related international standard for the Project. Liaise with Client representative, production/construction division & also subcontractor regarding work plan, quality and safety issue which may encounter, may deviate or discrepancies to specification or quality management plan. Involve in project weekly coordination meeting with CPY (Exxon Mobil) & Client (Wood Group). Communicate, observe, analyze & finalize corrective action to be taken to resolve. Raise Non Conformance Report. Lead, manage & back up coverage of quality inspection team for welding & coating inspection to support follow the production plan, emphasize to ensure all production process shall be compliant to client specification, Inspection test plan and Procedure. Manage, couching & encourage QA/QC personals, including managing placing personals to respective location of work as planned & managing rosters. Back up Welding / Coating Inspection at work site if required.

CPY Construction Piping Inspector/Supervisor.

Monitoring & Surveillance construction work of process piping TEG Topside Module for TotalEnergies & MEG Reclamation facilities for Reliance Industries Limited, observed & highlighted issues during construction stage which may effect to quality & progress. Covering QA/QC activity during construction work (Inspection of fit up, welding visual, review Radiography film & release inspection from piping fabrication shop for painting & erection). Witness for pre-commissioning activity & inspection test record (ITR), ei. pre-hydrotest line walk, flushing/blowing, hydrostatic test, drying & reinstatement activity (followed by reviewing, verifying line walk & reinstatement punch list category).

Review process piping test package, P&ID, Isometrics, ITRs, test limit based on system & subsystem testing limit, instrument validation for testing, testing exclusion zone, ensure the test pressure and boundaries are according to design requirements, etc. As per Flange management procedure, ensure the flanges are tightened to the correct torque and work closely with the Flange Management Subcontractor and review all submitted final reports & signed.

Work with Navis Work software program if any finding or discrepancy installation between P&ID, Isometric & actual (as built) condition at site.
