About
Three (3) years of working experience as a Mechanical Piping Engineer for onshore and offshore facilities
in Oil & Gas industries. Experiences in Conceptual, FEED, Feasibility Study, Basic, Detailed Design
projects which consist of preparing piping specifications, calculation report, Technical Bid Evaluation, data
sheets, material take-off, Layout and Isometrics drawings. Familiar with the use of design codes such as
ASME B31.3, ASME B16.5 and other ASME codes, API codes, British Standard and compliance with local
regulations such as PTS and Shell MESC. Capable in checking, reviewing and analyzing drawing such as
P&ID, Equipment Layout, Pipe support details, Isometric and Piping Plans. Familiar with a range of software
including Navisworks and Petronas Material Reference Code (PMRC) for several projects by Petronas
Carigali Sdn Bhd and MESC admin by Shell Malaysia Trading Berhad Sdn Bhd.
Experienced as Project Engineer for Water Treatment Plant Industry. Wide knowledge of construction and
plant upgrading in preparing the construction drawings, calculation report, project planning and budgeting,
Method of Statements, Material Submission and project execution. Familiar with the use of MS Project for
project scheduling and design codes such as SPAN and SIRIM and liase with local authorities such as
Forestry Department, NIOSH and Air Selangor.
