I have a demonstrable track record leading complex Tier-1 projects with different commercial models’ type of contract FEED, EPC, EPCM and EPCI, most likely Drilling, Subsea, Topside Construction, FPSO, Decommissioning and Vessel Operations take end-to-end ownership of operations drive seamless integration and execution. Those years taught me the strategic direction, commercial performance, and operational oversight of the regional business unit. The remit spans asset performance, investment strategy, project delivery, and sustainable growth across the offshore oil & gas value chain.
