My name is Muhammad Aizuddin bin Ishak. I’m 24 years old. I’m from Ipoh, Perak but since i pursue my degree i am staying at Subang Jaya. I recently graduated from the University of Malaya with a degree in Shariah, focusing on Islamic Political Science & Governance. During my time there, I was deeply involved in various extracurricular activities, such as serving as the Secretariat for Persatuan Mahasiswa Akademi Pengajian Islam and as an Exco Multimedia for the Student Association of the Shariah Islamic Political Science Department. I've also had the opportunity to gain practical experience through internships at Perunding Pengurusan Insan AKS as research assistant . During my internship Assigned as a research assistant specializing in Malaysian culture, I possessed a deep understanding and appreciation of the customs, traditions, and values that define Malaysian society. Then I had opportunity gain experience as MySTEP Trainee at Umw corporation sdn bhd from Sep 2023 until the end of March 2024 –i attached at umw training academy also we call as Learning & Development at UMW Corporation Sdn Bhd. Assist in training operation and coordination programme/event in planning, negotiating, communicating and organizing. Currently my position as Human Capital Executive at progressive Impact Technology, At Progressive Impact Technology, focusing on training and skills development. I create and manage yearly training plans, organize activities within budget, and ensure compliance with HRDF regulations. My responsibilities include drafting training proposals, tracking staff training hours, and handling logistics. Additionally, I assist in recruitment, manage work permits for Sabah and Sarawak, support HR system data migration, and participate in internal and external audits.
