Contracts and procurement leader with 14 years across upstream Oil & Gas and gas/methanol processing in Malaysia (PETRONAS PSC, Hibiscus/Repsol) and Brunei (Brunei Methanol Company - DOE-regulated) - spanning end-to-end contract lifecycle, strategic sourcing, tender-board governance, and capital-project contracting. Currently leading a contracts-and-procurement team and owning commercial strategy for high-value capital and operational packages at BMC. Dual governance expertise across PETRONAS PPS/PTCAM and BMC Company Procurement Procedures (CPP) under Brunei Department of Energy (DOE) requirements - a rare combination in the regional O&G market.
