Planning and Scheduling : • Develop and maintain a Master Control Schedule as well as Management Level (L1 and 2) and Performance Level (L3 and 4) project schedules, and the related assumptions book, performing logic network planning as well as progress measurement and assessment and management of schedule risk • Develop the Work Breakdown Structure (WBS) and ensure compliance with this structure across the project workstreams, including schedule, estimate, and budget Project Cost Estimating and Benchmarking : • Develop Cost Breakdown Structure (CBS) and Cost Estimates, throughout all stages of the project, documenting the estimate basis and applying appropriate estimating methods, incorporating the appropriate allocated allowances and unallocated provisions (contingencies) • Use internal and external processes and tools to assure project costs, schedule and controls based on experience and industry references Cost Control: • Develop and manage budget forecasts, including preparing budgets, coordinate review with the project Leads and securing the required approvals • Define and implement Cost Control processes to support project management and delivery within budget, including recording, tracking, and reporting of costs vs. measurement of progress • Use internal and external processes and tools to assure project costs, schedule and controls based on parent experience and industry references • Manage interfaces with the Financial & Accounting Team as well as the Procurement & Commercial Team Risk Management: • Develop and implement risk management process and tools to ensure project performance and support successful project delivery including identification and tracking of risks and risk mitigation plans, determination of risk ownership, and incorporation within schedule and budget Project Reporting: • Prepare and issue project reports as required by Management and Stakeholders, clearly communicating project performance and progress including dashboards developed in Power BI. • Facilitate interfaces between the project team Leads and Management and support timely and informed Management decisions Project Management Software: • Proficient in using Primavera, P6, SharePoint, ERP, MS Project software, MS Excel, MS Word, and MS PowerPoint, Maximo, TILOS Linear Scheduling, Power BI. • Advance in using of SAP BW and SAP ERP, • Advance in using Prism, Ecosys, Epm, and Acumen Fuse / Risk Professional certificates: • Valid Standard First Aid/CPR Level C and H2S Alive Certificates • PMP Certificate • PMP-SP Certificate • Primavera P6 Enterprise Project Portfolio Management 8 Certified Implementation Specialist
