Over 19 years of wide-range and multi-functional experience in Piping Design and Engineering. From FEED to Detail Design, to Construction and to Pre-Commissioning/Commissioning phase of a project, both
greenfield and brownfield. Majority of experiences were involvement in Design and Build Projects in different
industries such as Oil&Gas, Petrochemical, Refineries, Pharmaceutical, FPSO, Mining and Waters.
Comprehensive knowledge of applicable Piping codes and standards. Actual involvement in Piping/Pipeline
checking and site walkdowns including preparation and clearing/monitoring of punch list items.
Broad experience in production of high-quality engineering deliverables such as P&ID, Isometric drawings, Fabrication drawings, General Arrangement drawings and Detail drawings using Spoolgen, AutoCAD and Microstation. Hands-on experience in extraction of Piping Material Take-Off both from 3D models and/or
from 2D reference drawings.
Extensive experience in utilization of 3D software, both modelling and basic administration, such as AP3D,
S3D, PDS, E3D, PDMS, Plantspace, CADworkx, Navisworks and SPR.
Experience in Piping Material Selection and development of Piping Material Specifications. Hands-on
involvement in design calculations such as Pressure-Temperature rating, Pipe wall thickness and Temporary
test blind thickness. Hands-on involvement in Technical Bid Evaluation and preparation of Material
Requisition for Piping items. Hands-on involvement in preparation of datasheets for Piping items.
Experience in Pipe Stress Analysis by CAESAR II including report interpretation and evaluation.
Actual participation in constructability and design reviews, HAZOPs, and Clients / other stakeholders’
coordination meetings.
