Following with my general duties and responsibilities as a Construction Manager / Superintendent / Engineer.

General duties and responsibilities

 Understand, strategize, and coordinate the project construction scope and requirement on the

project.

 Liaise and coordinate with project stakeholders, including clients, discipline leads, department

managers, engineers, subcontractors, and vendors to ensure seamless execution.

 Enforce strict in site execution meeting project QHSE expectations, engineering requirements,

and project specifications.

 Delegate action, responsibilities, and define project deliverable requirements in terms of both

scope and schedule to subordinates.

 Supervise & guide subordinates and contractors, ensuring alignment with project goals and

address construction challenges, resolve conflicts, and implement effective corrective active.

 Track project milestones and prepare progress reports to managers and planning team. Present

updates, heads-up risks, and recommend actions to maintain construction progress momentum.
