I am a mechanical engineer with 15 years of technical design expertise in engineering design, delaiting and Automation. I am founder of Equicad Solution LLP whose main intension to deliver Engineering using Automation. I have extensive experience in oil and gas equipment, power plant, Boiler, HRSG.
I've largely worked on the design and engineering of static equipment for the oil and gas sector, such as columns, drums, shell and tube heat exchangers, air-cooled heat exchangers. I also worked in design and detailing of HRSG (Heat Recovery Steam Generator) , different types of Boilers and Oil Skid for power and energy inductry. I have expertise designing equipment for high-pressure and high-temperature environments. I have intensive knowledge of different types of material used for wet sour, hydrogen, and HTHA services; expertise in materials such as Carbon Steel, Stainless Steel, Vanadium Modified Cr-Mo, and Incoloy for thick-walled and thin-walled vessels. I have worked in Middle East and South East Asia and India for large customers such as KOC, KNPC, Petronas, Samsung Engineering, Hyundai Engineering, HPCL. I am with oil and gas industry standards such as ASME PVBC, API, WRC, and TEMA, as well as specifications such as Shell DEPs.
