I am a seasoned Contracts & Procurement Leader with over 20 years of experience in civil infrastructure, energy, and facilities management.
I have successfully managed the full contract lifecycle — from strategy development, tendering, and negotiations to governance, claims resolution, and close-out for complex Greenfield and Brownfield capital projects, including the PETRONAS Refinery and Integrated Development (RAPID) mega-project.
My expertise spans procurement excellence, risk mitigation, and stakeholder engagement, underpinned by a strong foundation in civil and structural engineering.
