About
I am a Mechanical Engineer trained at Karabuk University in Turkey. I started my career at Dinamik Generator and Battery Cabinet Company in Istanbul as a Product Engineer in the production department. This means battery and generator cabinets tracking of manufacturing such as: punch machine (a kind of laser cutting), bending machine, TIG welding, Electrostatic powder coating etc. and production reports and drawings such as: generator and battery cabinet etc. After a few months I was responsible for production management. The types of production methods I performed were; easy access to material which is ongoing on production, more effective and understandable technical drawing (welding and roughness tolerance symbol etc.) different types of generator cabinet investigations (mobile generator cabinet), multi-functional shipping concept for delivery area. I was also responsible for employee relations at the company. I was wanting to improve myself in traditional machining industry, so I have started at Sintertek Machine Company as a Mechanical Engineer in the R&D department. I had had responsible for Metal 3D printer machine design, supply chain and production tracking. This means designing of the precision material for 3d printer machine, in this direction material machining on the machining, for aluminum shaft and other aluminum parts anodized process, sheet metal parts processing tracking (bending, welding, laser cutting, galvanizing, powder coating) and finally assembling the materials to assemble a machine. The Metal 3d printer had a binder jetting technology. That is high precision technology in 3d printer industry. Also, I had responsible for troubleshooting that is coming by customer. This was kind of technical service department. I was troubleshooting so I have learned basic electronics and hydraulic and pneumatic system. At the end of the 2.5 years, I have decided to leave from company for a new challenge and I have started Marine Jet Power. I currently work on Marine Jet Power as a Mechanical Design Engineer. Marine Jet Power Company headquarters at Uppsala, Sweden but I work remotely from
