I have started my Professional career at Havatek Mak. San. Tic. A.Ş. As a Welding Engineer. I was a part of a site team that perform piping and steel structure construction to power plants and I have gained experience about Combined Ctcle Power Plants, Cooling Systems and I have directed welding Crews of 40 people. I have continued my career at Saudi Arabia as a Site Engineer. I have worked different projects in KSA and I have gained experience about International working environment.
After completion of my projects in KSA I have returned to Turkey and at 2017 I have started to work for Teknokon Group Companies. I have worked different projects in Turkey and Kazakhstan. I have worked both project executions and maintenance works and I have improved my supervisory skills. I have gained Maintenance expertise and I have learned Preventive/Predictive Maintenance and also Reliability Centered Maintenance(RCM).
Since 2022 I have been working for Teknokon Group Companies as a Turnarounds Manager. With this role I am responsible for planning, executing, controlling and closing Shutdown/Turnaround activities in Refineries, Energy Plants and more.
During my career I have worked both planning and execution phases of projects and I have learned MS Project, Oracle Primavera P6, SAP, Critichal Path Method-CPM, Earned Value Analysis etc.
