I hold a D4 degree in Construction Engineering Management from Politeknik Negeri Malang (2020). Throughout my career, I have gained hands-on experience in various roles, including Site Engineer on the OKI Pulp and Paper project, Supervisor on the UKM Building Project at Universitas Negeri Malang, and Site Manager on a residential cluster development project at Amesta Living Surabaya. These experiences have equipped me with a comprehensive understanding of construction workflows from planning to execution.

I am experienced in overseeing daily site activities, coordinating with project teams and stakeholders, managing workforce and materials, and ensuring that all work is executed in accordance with technical drawings, specifications, and project schedules. I also have strong experience in monitoring project progress, preparing reports, conducting site measurements (opname), and identifying potential delays or issues on site.

I possess strong technical skills, including the ability to read and interpret construction drawings, as well as solid knowledge of construction materials and methods. I am proficient in AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Microsoft Office (especially Excel) to support technical and administrative tasks.

I am known as a disciplined, responsible, and adaptable professional with strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills. I am able to work effectively under pressure and committed to delivering high-quality results that contribute to project success.
