As you can see I have quite a diverse background. I believe my skills and experience can be 

transferred to a new role/position using my knowledge and skills would make me an asset to have on 

any team. I am willing to take on a position at any level to show my capabilities.

My motivation is to excel and be successful in my professional career and my personal life outside of 

work. I am a 'stay busy' type person who thrives on accomplishment and moving forward. Learning 

new experiences to propel us forward and strive to attain our maximum potential

I take pride in every job I do. Making the customer or client and my employer happy motivates me, 

knowing I have made their day more satisfying.

I am results driven. doing a good job and achieving the desired result is another one of my primary 

motivations. And I naturally appreciate it when I am complimented on a job well done.

Challenges that give me the opportunity to grow and change my perspective, to learn new things and 

achieve set goals

I am the first to admit if I don’t know, better to ask so things get done in a proper and safe manner, I 

always encourage the guys I work with to be open and upfront and say if they don’t know, some see it 

as a weakness but I see it as a learning curve for us all no one should be expected to know 

everything not even the most experienced guys in the industry we work in we all learn from each other

I will take up any challenge and face it head on no matter what my position. I see everyone as equal 

no matter of their position within a company as we are all responsible for each other.

My short-term expectations are to use my current expertise to help & assist any employee gain more 

confidence, knowledge and understanding of the oilfield

My long-term expectations are being to gain more skills and experience and look for all the 

promotional options available to me.
