Having 14 years of experience in For Refinery(RCC Pertamina RU VI), Power Plant(Coal Fired Suge Belitung, Mobile Power Plant Banda Aceh), Petrochemical(Sriwijaya Fertilizer, Banggai Amonia Plant), Geothermal (Lahendong Geothermal), FPSO(Feed Inpex Masela FPSO,Inpex Ichthys FPSO, FPSO Petronas 1), Well Head Platform(Tutung Platfotm, OO-OX Platform), LNG Plant(Donggi Senoro LNG,FEED Malaysia LNG Train 9) projects in FEED, detailed engineering design and construction support, as Senior, and Engineer in Mechanical Static and Piping Pipeline Engineering design (Offshore and Onshore Project) Pre-Service, and In-Service (Greenfield and Brownfield), with a variety of projects in Oil and Gas Industry. Experience working with National and Multinational Company for Oil and Gas Company (Client-side), EPCI company (Contractor) and Engineering Consultant Company. Mechanical Piping engineering expertise/experience includes the following:
• Piping Stress Analysis and Piping Material of fixed offshore platform, and Floating Offshore ,Refinery, Power Plant,Pertochemical and Geothermal, LNG Plant for feasibility study, conceptual, basic engineering, FEED, detailed design, and EPC/EPCM projects.
• Mechanical Engineer For Static Equipment(Pressure Vessel, Pig receiver, Reactor, Flare Stack, Regenerator, Orifice Chamber,etc), Rotating Equipment (Pump, Compressor, Turbine), Package Equipment(CO2 Snuffing Package, N2 Package, Crude Oil Crude Oil Stabilization Package, Dilution Water Package, Produced Water Treatment Package, Chemical Injection Package)
• Experience in detail engineering and EPC project for mechanical and piping analyses of offshore structure (jackets and topsides) for Green Field and Brown Field Project during in-service and pre-service conditions such as in-place analysis, seismic analysis, fatigue analysis, lifting analysis, load-out analysis, and transportation/tow analysis. Detail design through local checks that covered connections, supports member strengthening, plate design, etc. Review of Design Drawings and Shop Drawing and coordinate interdisciplinary engineer tasks in the detail engineering stage.
• Reviewed, provided necessary recommendations, and approved EPC Contractor both offshore and onshore Greenfield and Brownfield Mechanical Piping engineering-related deliverables (Calculation, Drawings, and 3D Model). Providing and consolidating Company comments for the associated discipline in respect to the detailed design of onshore and offshore for Pre-service & in-service analysis, Pipe supports, Equipment supports, foundations, etc., during the EPC phase to ensure the Offshore Platform scope of supply is engineered, designed, and integrated to the overall project design and is consistent with project requirements.
• Prepared Material Take-Off (MTO) and Preparation of RFQ (Request for Quotation) and Technical Bid Evaluation (TBE), Commercial bid evaluation, clarification, reviewing vendor documents, and selecting qualified subcontractor at Procurement stage for Piping material.
• Attended Regular Internal, External, and Kick of Meeting (KOM), HAZID and HAZOP meetings, construction review meetings, coordination, and technical meetings with the internal project team, vendor, and subcontractor.
• Has strongly knowledge in the engineering/design, especially the piping material selection, piping components, pipe support, stress analysis, corrosion/erosion, painting, welding, QA/QC, construction, PDMS and piping codes & standards
• Familiar with piping design code and standard and related software e.g. Caesar
• Extensive experience in detailed equipment layout design, 3D model review incorporating piping design, operation and maintenance requirement.
• Experienced in engineering, fabrication, pre-commissioning and commissioning of piping component.
• Experienced in high H2S and high CO2 gas contents including the design of CRA material i.e. Inconel,Alloy
• Experienced in high temperature / high pressure (HPHT) facilities
• Having knowledge Carbon Capture Storage Utilities (CCSU) technology. Main Equipment of Carbon Capture Storage Utilities (CCSU) technology are Compressor,CO2 absorber, Coolers, Pulsation dampers and Diaphragm pump
