I am a highly motivated and results-driven Geoscientist with over five years of dedicated experience in Malaysia's most challenging and promising exploration ventures, including Sabah Deepwater and Ultra-deepwater, Sarawak carbonate, and Peninsular Malaysia basins. My career is defined by a robust foundation in integrated geoscience and a proven ability to drive exploration success from concept to discovery.

My technical expertise as Petronas Carigali geoscientist have proven instrumental in conducting regional studies and applying the Play Based Exploration (PBE) methodology to de-risk prospects and identify new oil and gas fields. My hands-on experience includes interpreting 2D and 3D seismic data, performing well-to-seismic ties, seismic attribute analysis, sequence stratigraphy, and seal analysis. A significant career highlight was serving as the main wellsite geologist for Malaysia’s first ultra-deepwater discovery, the Megah-1 well in 2025, demonstrating my capability to perform under high-stakes conditions and validating the geological concepts I helped developed. Furthermore, I have direct experience in correlating well logs with seismic data for both elastic and carbonate systems, providing me with a practical understanding of the well data compilation and QC processes essential for robust basin modelling.
