• Completed several large construction projects as a Construction Project Engineer/Superintendent. Executes work by inspecting project drawings and designs, managing project schedules and resources, and performing cost calculations.
• Managing the planning and design stages of construction projects.
• Contributing technical expertise to project drawings and designs.
• Performing cost calculations and preparing financial projections.
• Preparing work schedules in collaboration with the project manager.
• Liaising between contractors, subcontractors, vendors, and suppliers.
• Overseeing construction engineering processes.
• Performing regular tests on materials and procedures to ensure compliance with industry regulations.
• Ensuring that the construction project is completed on time and within budget.
• Documenting processes and keeping detailed construction logs.
• Presenting construction project progress updates to clients and senior managers.
• Instrumentation commissioning begins when mechanical completion for a system or part of a system is complete. And we do the following main activities,

• Commissioning preparation
• PSSR Punches closeout confirmation.
• Instruments Reinstatement confirmation.
• Equipment’s readiness.
• Visual inspection for correct installation. And Confirming Cleaning, flushing, pressure and leak testing of pneumatic and hydraulic tubing.
• Commissioning execution.
• Commissioning documentation and handover to operation.
• Following Computerized maintenance management system (CMMS)

• Preventive Maintenance.
• Corrective Maintenance.
• Predetermined Maintenance.
• Condition-Based Maintenance.
• Predictive Maintenance.
• Reactive (Run-to-Failure) Maintenance.
• Ensure compliance with Instrument Safety Rules. Ensure that HSE considerations are included in all strategies, procedures & activities
