Principal Accountabilities:
- Completed several large construction projects as a Construction Project Engineer/Superintendent. Executes work by inspecting project drawings and designs, managing project schedules and resources, and performing cost calculations.
- Managing the planning and design stages of construction projects.
- Contributing technical expertise to project drawings and designs.
- Performing cost calculations and preparing financial projections.
- Preparing work schedules in collaboration with the project manager.
- Liaising between contractors, subcontractors, vendors, and suppliers.
- Overseeing construction engineering processes.
- Performing regular tests on materials and procedures to ensure compliance with industry regulations.
- Ensuring that the construction project is completed on time and within budget.
- Documenting processes and keeping detailed construction logs.
- Presenting construction project progress updates to clients and senior managers.
- Instrumentation commissioning begins when mechanical completion for a system or part of a system is complete. And we do the following main activities,
- Commissioning preparation
- PSSR Punches closeout confirmation.
- Instruments Reinstatement confirmation.
- Equipment’s readiness.
- Visual inspection for correct installation. And Confirming Cleaning, flushing, pressure and leak testing of pneumatic and hydraulic tubing.
- Commissioning execution.
- Commissioning documentation and handover to operation.
- Following Computerized maintenance management system (CMMS)
- Preventive Maintenance.
- Corrective Maintenance.
- Predetermined Maintenance.
- Condition-Based Maintenance.
- Predictive Maintenance.
- Reactive (Run-to-Failure) Maintenance.
- Ensure compliance with Instrument Safety Rules. Ensure that HSE considerations are included in all strategies, procedures & activities
