PROFILE SUMMARY Total 14.5 years of experience in piping stress analysis in various EPC sectors like Oil & Gas, Petro chemical and Power. Present Key Responsibilities: • Perform piping stress analysis for the lines connected to static equipment like Reactor, Column, Vessel, Filters, Shell & tube heat exchangers, Plate type heat exchangers, Vertical Reboiler, Storage Tanks,etc. • Piping Stress analysis of the lines connected to Rotary equipment like API Centrifugal pump, ANSI pumps, Centrifugal Compressors, Steam Turbines. • Stress analysis of the Reciprocating compressor lines prerequisites to Pulsation study. • Stress analysis of the critical lines connected to packages like Air fin fan cooler, fired heaters. • Pseudo-static analysis for Slug/Plug type two phase flow and PSV's. • Piping Stress analysis of the lines connected to Closed & Open PSV System. • Piping Stress analysis of lines on rack and its expansion loop finalsation. • Knowledge of stress analysis software like Caesar II & it's applicability and interpretation. • Nozzle load evaluation with the help of WRC 537, WRC 297 and Nozzle Pro. • Flange leakage check using Pressure equivalent Method,NC-3658 and ASME Section-VIII Div-1 appendix 2 Method in Caesar II. • Preparation of Datasheet for spring supports,rigid strut and Expansion joint. • Visual analysis of the non-critical piping. • Identify different stress packages through review of P&IDs / Line Designation tables and Preparation of Stress log based on pipe stress flexibility specification.
