Junior Planner

Job Summary

Under the supervision of the Lead Planning and Risk Management, the Junior Planner prepares planning deliverables (e.g. integrated schedule, overall progress measurement system) and schedule / progress analysis for Midstream and Floating Liquefied Natural Gas (FLNG) EPCIC projects as well as for internal activities (e.g. permitting, SCM).  

Responsibility

1. Prepare planning deliverables 
2. Prepare schedule / progress analysis
3. Monitor and update the integrated schedule, identifying and analyzing critical paths and potential schedule risks.
4. Maintain documentation related to project planning.
5. Provide regular updates and reports.

Job Specifications

• 5 years in project planning roles, on major oil and gas projects
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering
• Good knowledge of planning software (e.g., Primavera P6, MS Project)
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
