Having an experience of 16 Years in Offshore and Onshore Piping stress analysis and supports including Site survey experience of various offshore platforms. (5Years experience in GULF countries). • Exposure to Piping stress analysis of Flow lines, Bridge lines, GRE lines, Rack piping, PSV/PRV lines, Jacketed lines and Lines connecting to Fire Heater, Air-Cooler, Heat Exchangers, Columns, Storage Tank, and to various static equipment. • Stress analysis of line connecting to Rotary Equipment like Pump, Centrifugal Compressor and line connecting to reciprocating Compressor. • Stress analysis of lines affected by displacement due to Sagging, hogging, sway, surge, heave, rolling, pitching and inertial accelerations • Fatigue analysis of lines affected due to higher cycles. Performing FIV, AIV and FIP to check vibration induced fatigue as per EI guideline. • Structural loads to civil for rack design, piling load calculation, loop location fixing and loop size fixing etc. • Dynamic analysis of lines affected by water hammer or surge and slug, with time history and static method.
