I have experiences more than 12 years in Instrument & Control System on Engineering Procurement Construction and Commisioning (EPCC) Project as Expert 2 I&C Engineering. I involved from proposal phase, basic design, detail design, construction & technical supervision, field engineering, pre-commisioning, commissioning phase, start-up phase, to Owner Acceptance on several Project.
I have passed Instrument Design training held by Ap-greid Oil & Gas Design Course. Training course covers reanalyzing of platform design referring to data, basic of design and specification reflected an actual Oil & Gas project. Referring to training course, I am able to operate INTOOLS to:
Generating instrument index and I/O list
Reviewing reference document, specification, instrument catalog and preparing instrument data sheet.
Calculating and sizing of control valve, flow orifice, pressure safety valve also analyzing the calculation results
Creating connection from field instrument up to control system
