Responsible for technical & Legal issues supporting PMs and Commercial managers with ongoing legal manor interpretation and application of the contractual terms for the LNGs EPC, EPCM, Pre-FEED and FEED engineering projects in the upstream and downstream oil and gas sectors on contracts with values ranging up to $1.5billion. Leaded the Environmental Social and Governance (ESG) factors which were a subset of non-financial performance indicators which include ethical, sustainable and corporate government issues such as making sure there are systems in place to ensure accountability and managing the corporation’s carbon footprint. Oversees designing, conversion, operating, and maintaining FPSO, WHP, LNG processing facilities, power generation, hydrocarbon processing facilities, and or chemical processing facilities. Oil and Gas experience, commissioning activities using the OPERCOM® Methodology and ICAPS© (Integrated Commissioning & Progress System), SURF, ICSS, Gas Processing, Production & Equipment, and onshore and offshore facilities. Serve as the main SME point of contact for software developers and data scientists to deliver the project, collaborate with software engineers, data scientists and a product manager to design, build, implement and maintain data science and deep learning-based systems, machine learning, metaverso and artificial inteligence (image processing, data extraction, data recognition, data prediction, suggestions, data optimization), overseeing with engineering leadership to plan strategic technologies and solutions towards FPSO, Gas Processing, Production & Equipment onshore and offshore facilities, work closely with operations and subject matter experts to optimize internal processes and/or build customer facing solutions.
