Have over 10 years in progressive experience and exposures in the field of piping engineering design both basic and detailed engineering, BIM (Building Information Modeling). Knowledge in both Greenfield and brownfield project in both Petrochemical and Oil and Gas projects, Life Science and Petrochemical Projects. Responsible of the design and layout of the revamp and some extension of refinery piping. On site to supports construction for drawing and specification interpretations, design modifications, scheduling, system checkout and testing. Knowledge in the applicable codes of construction and standards (DEP standards, ASME B16 and B31, API 6A, API 6D and API 5L). Experienced and knowledge in Piping routing both new and revamped project using 3D software such as SP3D/S3D, CADWORX, AutoCAD, Plant 3D, PDMS, AutoCAD 3D and PDS Software’s. Knowledge in the piping supports and pipe span for stress analysis. Experienced in CAD such as AutoCAD, Micro Station and Smart Sketch 2D software. Review project specifications, administrative and technical practices, design instructions, plot plan, flow diagrams, and supplier information. Performs manual/computer layouts using specifications, standard drawings, design instructions, plot plans, flow diagrams, and line list and supplier information. Review drawings and vendor equipment documentation of moderate to advanced complexity within the discipline and from other disciplines for compliance with project requirements, and actively seek discrepancy resolution. Develop estimates, schedules, staffing requirements, progress reports, and key quantities, tracking reports. Prepare layouts and/or schematics for conceptual and detailed designs of moderate to advanced complexity. Prepare 2D Computer Aided Design (CAD) drawings of moderate to advanced complexity. Develops detailed design project piping models. Check and correct assigned piping model drawings and isometrics. Prepares piping drawings, isometric, stress, and material sketches. Apply project-drawing standards to design drawings and 3D layout. Incorporate health, safety, and environmental factors in design. Communicates and interfaces with other project design and engineering disciplines. Check work done by other Designers perform as qualified checker for project piping deliverables. Train, assist and develop work group members, particularly designer level and below.
