A process safety engineer with Bachelor (Hons) in Chemical Engineering qualification at a petrochemical plant producing nitrile butadiene rubber. Experienced in performing various functions, working collectively and collaboratively with other project engineers to provide loss prevention and risk management support for major growth projects in the organization. My primary responsibility is to guarantee safety for people utilizing various equipment, improved safety, higher yields, better production rates, and higher attainment in the organization. Inspecting facilities, machinery, and safety equipment to identify and correct potential risks. Recommend process and product safety features that will reduce employees' exposure to work hazards and changes to prevent the accident from happening again. Provide project support, including support for process engineering to the full development of process packages, design of relief devices, and collaborate with teams to discover and implement long-term process improvement efforts. Passionate about process engineering and have introductory knowledge on mechanical failure, consequence analysis, process reliability and maintainability. Ultimately would love to grow in the field of process/ chemical/process safety/mechanical design engineering.
