More than 15 years’ experience in the field of Inspection and Multidisciplinary QA/QC, Welding, NDT and Painting inspector. Certified API570-Piping Inspector / Certified CSWIP 3.1 Welding Inspector Level II and Certified AWS.CWI QC1- AWS D1.1 and Endorsement ASME IX, ASME B31.1 and ASME B31.3- American Welding Society-Certified Welding Inspector/ CSWIP BGAS -Painting Inspector-Level 2 / NDE-ASNT-SNT-TC 1A_VT&PT&MT&UT&RT&ET Level II.
Inspected the pressure vessels, Piping, Pipelines, Heat exchangers, Filters, Structural steel and Columns/beam, Crude storage tanks and spheres. WHRU, HRSG, fabrication and installation.
Welding inspection includes pressure vessels, piping, heat exchangers, pipelines, and other components. Verifying the relevance of the Welder Qualification Test (WQT) and the Welding Procedures Specification (WPS) to specific job requirements. Working understanding of international codes, requirements, and QA/QC procedures, as well as good practical and theoretical expertise in the interpretation of drawings.
Familiar with various welding processes like SMAW, SAW, GTAW, and MIG/MAG & FCAW.
Familiar with international codes and standards such as ASME IX, API510, API570, API579-1/ASME FFS-1 /ASME B31.3 /ANSI, ASTM, AWS D1.1, API, BS EN 10025, BS EN 288, BS EN 287-1 BS EN 970, BS EN 499, BS EN 756, BS EN ISO 15614-1.
Interpretation of RT films, Evaluation of VT, MT, PT, UT, PMI and witnessing of destructive test of specimen tests, hydrostatic tests, pneumatic air leak tests and valve hydro testing, pull-off test, holiday test and DFT. Monitoring pre heat and post weld heat treatments of pipe lines, piping, pressure vessels and structure.
