More than (6) years' experience in inspection of oil and gas and power plant included onshore and offshore, piping systems,topside platform and other related industrial facilities during fabrication, erection, installation stages and testing. Maintain and monitor the implementation of approved QA/QC procedures, Petronas Technical Specification (PTS) and inspection program. Review Inspection and Test Plans (ITP) and method of statement procedures issued by subcontractors. Perform and conduct timely on-site inspection, and monitor quality control activities to ensure conformance to QA/QC requirements and specified procedures, and all items of construction work comply with drawings, standards and project specifications. Verify that all inspection and testing required have been completed and rated acceptable. Perform inspection survey for materials as per approved purchase order, material data sheet and specification requirement. Coordinate with construction and subcontractor to complete the outstanding inspection and activities.Comprehensive knowledge and understanding of international code and standard such ASME and API specification.
