I have been working for twenty three (23) years with various positions in the inspection and construction certification in the local areas and overseas for both of onshore and offshore projects.
Performed Quality Control and Quality Assurance jobs scope for both fabrication & installation of Oil & Gas fields including offshore and onshore pipeline, offshore platform and floater facilities, manufacturing, petrochemical, power generation and power station.
Having good experience and knowledge for both of inspection and certification.
The positions have been achieved as a QA/QC Manager, QA/QC Deputy Manager, QA/QC Coordinator, Construction Supervisor, Sr.QA/QC Engineer, QC Engineer, Sr. Quality Control piping, Structural and Welding Inspector, Mechanical Inspector
- - Familiar with International codes such as API 1104, ASME V, VIII, IX, B31.3, B31.4,And .B31.8, AWS D1.1, DNV/NKK CLASS, IVB (Independent Verification Body), ASTM, BS, ISO, NACE and other applicable industrial norms for Oil and Gas.
- - Welding engineering such as WPS/PQR, WQT, PWHT, and Non-Destructive Test.
- - Floating Production Unit (FPU) and Module,
- - Floating Production Storage Offloading (FPSO) Conversion and Dry-Docking shipyard
- - Onshore and offshore facility fabrication & Installation
- - Offshore and Onshore Jacket, Deck Platform, Wind Farm, FPU, FPSO Conversation Pipeline and piping,
- Structural, Vessel, Mechanical based on ASME, AWS and API series.
- - Painting Application and inspection base on NACE Requirements.
- - Prepared Piping Test package and coordination punch list, Mechanical Completion, Pre-Commissioning,
- Commissioning, ICAPs and PIM, MCC, EDMS.
- - Shop Fabrication and Site Installation, FPSO Vessel, Flare system, Produce Water Treatment, Chemical
