Fully conversant with FAT, SAT & maintenance and inspection procedures. Maintaining Safety, Health, Quality and Environment KPIs of the facility by establishing and following best industrial safe practices through effective communication, mutual understanding with the strong technical and managerial skills. _______________________________________________________ Turbo-machinery • Installation, Pre-commissioning, Commissioning, Start-up of Turbo machinery and complete machinery auxiliary packages with highest standards of Safety, Health, Quality and Environment. Support the day to day activity to achieve the Operation, Maintenance & Project KPIs. • Inspection and testing plan ( ITP) review, Mechanical test runs at factory (FAT) and site acceptance test (SAT) of Turbo machineries like Large Gas Turbines (GE - Frame 5, 6,9 & TM2500), Large Centrifugal compressor (NP, Mitsubishi, Hitachi, Siemens, Demag, Dresser rand, Elliott, Thermo-dyne & Kobelco, Atlas Copco) Steam Turbines (MHI, Dresser, Hitachi & Man-turbo). • Preparation of maintenance standard maintenance work procedures & check list for Machinery maintenance. Preparation of major overhauling procedures and schedules for maintenance activity. Preparing Job Safety Analysis for equipment maintenance. Study on risk assessment for critical job activities.
