1- Preparing of MRT Procedures for Pumps, Centrifugal compressors, Reciprocating compressors, Steam Turbine, Mixers, Blowers, etc. Ensure that all Rotating Equipment and associated systems are correctly hooked up with appropriate Constructions.
Provide mechanical commissioning inputs and oversight for all phases of the project. Represent the mechanical commissioning for the Rotating equipment’s.
Assist and support the commissioning site leaders in leading mechanical activities of the contractors activities linked to the commissioning of the plant for preparation and execution. To witness and verify all mechanical system and package completion activities performed by the construction contractor including approval of punch lists.
To lead all mechanical pre-commissioning and commissioning and start-up activities for assigned sub-system. Attending walk-downs from construction to commissioning and from commissioning to start-up. Review operational test procedures and represent mechanical commissioning team during the site tests. Establish commissioning section policies and procedures
