Gathering 07 years + experience as a Piping Engineer,
I have worked on the different phases of EPC projects, Engineering & Construction in Power Plant, Building and Oil & Gas fields
I'm now ready for a new challenge, and willing to take part of a team work environment, to help effectively in achieving company goals and project targeted deadlines.
Eager to participate in enhancing efficiency, performance, quality and mostly to always adopt safety culture for every step of the project.
Below is a brief summary my experience
Starting off in a combined cycle power plant project as Piping Engineer (field) gave me the chance to work on various systems (Auxiliary boiler, desalination, demineralization, turbine building, HRSG piping, Firefighting, diesel etc...) thus working with a large verity of piping material (Alloy steels, LTCS, CS, SS, duplex, GRP, HDPE etc.)
Involved as Mechanical/Piping Engineer (HVAC) in a building project of a large Hospital in the engineering phase, preparation off all deliverables, worked on piping and air ducts design as per spec and requirements, heat exchangers, boiler, plumbing etc.
Joining the Oil & Gas industry (CPF) as Piping Engineer (Construction)
Worked in the construction; shop prefab and site erection supervision, material control, daily welding report, schedule inspections, QC walk down, punch clearing, hydrotests, reinstatement...
Oil & Gas Engineering (EPF, Compressor stations, Well testing) as Piping Engineer
covering: FEED & detailed Engineering, PFD, Piping Material specification, P&ID, Layouts, 3D Modeling, MTO's, ISO's, some field engineering, management of changes, As-Built etc...
Pressure drop simulations, PSV, LCV, PCV sizing, etc.
