I have more than 12 (twelve) years of working experiences combined as a Mechanical & Piping Engineer with comprehensive knowledge of piping-mechanical static design and construction. I have been assigned in FEED, various proposals & EPC project executions for Oil & Gas, Petrochemical, Fertilizer and Power Plant industries.
I have been involved in :
+ Project start stage activity such as determining stress calculation line, scheduling and planning distribution work load for engineer and other preparation work.
+ Basic engineering stage activity such as prepare datasheet, preliminary loading data, specification and other technical data.
+ Before PO stage activity namely; performing Technical Requisition for request vendor technical and commercial quotation, TQ before PO and Technical Bid Evaluation.
+ After PO stage activity i.e. ; Engineering detail design phase, verifying vendor prints and equipment calculations, interdisciplinary coordination.
+ Construction phase such as subcont assessment, reviewing vendor print, review and approve all construction work & inspections.
